Books by Your Bedside!
The Heathman Hotel has one of the only cataloged hotel libraries in the country, which features over 2,000 books signed by authors that have been guests with us. We are passionate about literature and the impact a great book can have in our community; our "Books by Your Bedside" Package is one way for our guests to directly affect literacy rates in Oregon. The “Books by Your Bedside” Package teams up our guests with Powell’s Books, The Literary Arts of Oregon, and SMART (Start Making a Reader Today) so we can all help to support literacy for kids.
The Books by Your Bedside Package Includes:
Total Price $60.00 U.S.
A $60.00 charge will be added to your credit card upon confirmation of your reservation or room number. This price does not include overnight accommodations, although you may add this to any overnight room accommodation or reservation. Please make your selection at least 48 hoursprior to your expected arrival date. A valid credit card is required for overnight lending privileges.
The Book by Your Bedside Program is Easy!
1. Select your book from our list of Most Recent Guest Authors.
2. Our Library Team will process your request and have everything waiting for you upon arrival.
3. Please allow 48 hours to process your request.
4. For your personal tour, and details on how to access your overnight lending privileges for the entire catalog, please notify our library team, during normal business hours.
